Otherwise known as BRIMS, the Barron River Imaginative Museum of Science is a children's learning center featuring more than 50 interactive exhibits that educate on everything from the nature of reflecting light to the science of shadows, to the earth's four elements. Visitors can pedal a stationary bike to try and trigger electric circuits, measure their reaction skills with a special timer, and assess the electric current of their own hands. The museum lies in the heart of town, just north of Western Kentucky University.
